Dear Auntie Pauline,

 

I’m planning to bring Jirapat and his brother, Krittitee, back to Thailand for T4 holiday, around the middle of Nov. depending on Jirapat’s new passport.
But Jirapat must receive PSLE test results at his school. The PSLE result release date is 22 – 26 Nov tentatively.

May I ask Auntie a favor to receive the PSLE results for Jirapat. In this e-mail there was a reply from the school. The Proxy form is required to receive the results. Please prepare the Proxy form and go to get the results on the release date.

And please send the result to me via email or WhatsApp in order for Jirapat and me to do the Online posting.

The Proxy form is for Report to secondary school for registration as well.
